Ideas coming together

A while ago now I saw a picture in a magazine, that got my creative juices flowing. My idea has been rolling around in my head and finally I sat down and started on it. It involves buttons, lots of buttons. It started with placing them out to getthem right. Oh ooooo I will have to move them to sew them on.

Mmmmmmm, what to do? My trusty glue gun was called into action.

Each button was individually glued around the edge, so they wouldn't move. Then each button was sewed into place, just cause it looks good.

I plan to sew around the butterfly and stitch some feelers as well. It's going to be soooooo cute. Eventually it will get sewn into a hobo bag, keep watch for the finished product.
