Last weekend

We spent a few days at Neurum Creek, out from Woodford. The kids and I went early Friday afternoon with the caravan, they helped me put up, unpack etc before they raced away on their bikes to the bike track.
There was a huge storm that night, so we had to batten down the hatches, thank goodness Geoff and I put up a big tarp, which stopped all of our campsite being washed away! We spent the evening playing Uno, with Tyler being the winner.

The next morning, Paula and the boys arrived. After their tent was set up, we set about relaxing. The kids had a ball in the creek, how they stood the cold I don't know! The kids were busting to have a fire, so Saturday night we cranked her up and they had a fantastic time toasting marshmallows and making fire stick pictures.
About ten o'clock
The fog hung around for ages Sunday morning, which made it perfect for hot chocolates and coffee from the coffee van, they must have made a fortune. We had a lovely time embracing the chilliness and relaxing in the country. Thanks for a great week end.
