A busy week end

Gone a bit crazy around here and have been purging all unnecessary things. Tyler's room got a good going over and the furniture was moved, bed under the fan ready for hot summer nights. A little rearranging in my studio got out of hand and took me most of the afternoon until now to finish. Can you tell I am putting off something?

Anyway, back to the week end. My new books arrived last week and I finally got to make something out of it. I am loving the cute little projects for Christmas. Will show and share this week, when I have a few more done.

I baked a couple of slices ready for lunches this week , my favourite Date Delight and Joycey's sultana slice, yum!

Caty had a great time making the icing for both and did a good job of getting 98% of it onto the slices.

I suppose I will have to knuckle down and get into work mode and stop putting off the inevitable!
