Feeling Good

Something guaranteed to make you feel better is to help out your friends and family.  Just remember, help because you want to, not because you will get something in return.  You do get something, a fabulous feeling!

Remember to do something to help yourself as well.  You should look after yourself first, because you can't live happily if you never have something lovely to look forward to.  It can be going for a walk, reading your fav mags/blogs, going out with friends, going on strike for a couple of hours to do some scrapping.

You'll feel much better and able to cope with the world.

Go on spoil yourself a little each day!
