After a long time of searching and experiencing some heartbreaks, we finally have a property that we love. After selling our home, we went to an auction for this house, to see what it 'sold' for. Imagine our surprise when the bidding stalled at a ridiculous price.After discussing our options with our agent, we registered and made the winning bid! I spent the next few days shaking like a leaf, muttering to myself,"I wasn't buying a house today."
We have been here for just over 6 months and have been insanely busy cleaning up.
I have soooo many plans for things to improve, I can barely sleep! I've decided to keep a record of the improvements we make, so we can look back with pride.
Looks lovely! I bet those verandas are nice and cool in summer....and the spiders probably love them LOL
