What a day!

Started the day at 5am went to bed at midnight, thank goodness I had that coffee at about 4!

Thank you so much for a fabulous day at the market.  It was gorgeous weather and it was wonderful to see so many of your friendly faces come for a visit or stay for a chat.

We learnt a lot about the set up of the stall and made lots of changes throughout the day.  I am so happy that I have such wonderful friends who are willing to spend the day (and quite a bit of time prior) to support the fundraising for the Cancer Council.

We made the grand total of $303.55.

Caty was a really good girl and kept herself busy, by checking out the markets and cuddling with Cadence . (Considering she had about 3 hours sleep at a 9 year olds slumber party, that's no mean feat!)  Cadence had a lovely time communing with nature and charming the socks off everyone. (as usual)

Poor old Tyler had a temp of 41.5 degrees for most of the day and would only come down a couple of degrees after his medicine.  Decided at about 7:30 pm to take him to the after hours doctors near the hospital just to be checked.  Dosed him up with panadol and nurefin  and off we went.  Surprise surprise doctor not open, so into the hospital with everyone else, groooaaannnnnnn.  Lots of masks and vomit bags.

He was given more panadol and the temp came down, by the time we saw Doctor  Mary it was back to normal, thank goodness.  Doctor wasn't able to say anything but he had a virus but to keep him home and keep an eye on his breathing, just in case he oinks!  Great.

Anyway, ty seems good this morning, so far and Caty is still in bed at ten to nine.  That makes for a nice relaxing morning in my pjs.   ahhhhhhh
